Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Suwanee, GA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans and as a courtesy, we will file your insurance for you. Dentistry 4 You does not participate in HMO/DMO insurance plans. Please feel free to call our office to verify acceptance of you plan.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We also offer a variety of flexible payment plans through CareCredit. Please see our financial coordinator for further details.
